The estimated delivery time for each piece can be found on the product details page. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Once shipped, orders take 3-6 working days to be delivered within India and 15-20 working days to be delivered to an international address.
For all orders within India, we offer free shipping. For International deliveries, customs and shipping charges apply.
Taxes and duties are included in the price of the product listed on the Website, for deliveries in India.
For deliveries outside India, customs duties and local taxes have to be paid by customers to our shipping partner at the time of shipment delivery. The amount of duties and taxes depend on the policies of your destination country.
We use the most reliable courier partner for International transactions – ARAMEX/DHL, for all prepaid orders we use Track On or Blue Dart.
At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks, we will get in touch with you to check if you would still like to continue with your order.

We offer returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how you can process your exchange or return.

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org.
BIAS will provide a full refund or exchange, for flawed items when notified within 3 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return.
To notify us, write to us at email@example.com with your return or exchange request. Please include your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so. Returns are only acceptable, or eligible for a refund, if the order that you received is damaged or if you have received the wrong size. In case, there is some other reason for you to return the order, please mention it and we will have it checked with our team.
Once your request has been received we will review and process a refund within 72 business hours, from when received.
