Shipping and returns

We do not have any hidden charges, all our prices are inclusive of GST which is paid by us for every order, on monthly basis. 

The estimated time to process each order is between 3-4 days. At times orders can get delayed for reasons outside of our control. If your order is delayed beyond 2 weeks, you will be notified by an e-mail to check if you would still like to continue your order with us. 


Once shipped, orders take 2-5 working days to be delivered. For all orders within India, we offer free shipping over a purchase of 
1500/- and for a purchase below that, a nominal fee of 150/- is charged.
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.

Once shipped, orders take 12-20 working days to be delivered to an international address, depending on the location. On a purchase of 
10,000/- and above, we offer free shipping.

For 1-2kgs - 
2500/- ($34)
For 3-4kgs - 
3500/- ($48)
Customs and duties are included in this price, however there might be a chance that you are charged a minor tax, depending on the policies of your destination country. (These charges cannot be estimated by us)

We use the most reliable courier partner for International transactions – ARAMEX/DHL and for all domestic orders, we use Track On, DTDC or Blue Dart.

Shipping Status
You will receive an e-mail informing you that your order has been shipped, along with a tracking ID/AWB, which can help you know the status of your order.


We hope you love your purchase. Every garment or accessory is made with an attention to detail and to ensure that you get the best. However, if at all you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately on

We offer returns and exchanges within 6 days from the date of delivery. Here’s how you can process your exchange or return.

BIAS will provide a full refund or exchange, for flawed items when notified within 3 days of receipt, provided the items are unworn, unwashed and with all original tags attached. If the original tags have been removed or tampered with, we won’t be able to process your return. 

To notify us, write to us at with your return or exchange request. Please include your order details (Order number/ order confirmation email) and details of the piece you would like to return or exchange and your reason for doing so.
Returns are only acceptable, or eligible for a refund, if the order that you received is damaged or if you have received the wrong size. In case, there is some other reason for you to return the order, please mention it and we will have it checked with our team.

Once your request has been received we will review and process a refund within 72 business hours, from when we receive the returned order. Shipping cost of return will be borne by the customer.
